Accommodation

There is a secure external entrance with entry answer phone. The front door leads to a spacious hallway with store cupboard, coat hooks and shoe/boot storage.

The living/dining room is large, airy and bright and looks out over Keswick towards Walla Crag and to Causey Pike. It is furnished with a comfortable leather settee and two stylish armchairs, oak furniture, electric fire, 48″ smart TV, Blue Ray player and hi-fi with Bluetooth connectivity. There is a library of books, guidebooks, maps, games and jigsaws. It also has dedicated dining space with an extendable solid oak dining table and four chairs. A high chair and travel cot are available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The kitchen has been recently refitted and has new units and an excellent range of utensils, pots, pans, steamer etc and with Neff integrated appliances; refrigerator, freezer, electric fan oven and induction hob, warming drawer and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer, microwave, toaster and Sage Barista coffee machine. There is loads of crockery and cutlery provided so you have plenty to be able to use the dishwasher without having to hand wash between meals. Sabatier & Victorinox kichen knives and a knife sharpener too so you can ensure sharp kitchen knives. There’s always a supply of cling film, foil, bags, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry pods, washing up liquid and cleaning supplies to ensure you have some basics whilst you make yourselves at home. Tea towels are also provided.

The master bedroom is large with a king size oak frame bed and extensive built-in wardrobes with dressing table with mirror and a chest of drawers, a 44” smart TV and en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin with shaver point.

The second double bedroom is also a generous size with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a mirror.

Bath and hand towels for all guests and a hairdryer are provided.

The spacious main family bathroom has a bath, toilet, wash hand basin, towel rail and shaver point. Hallway has coat hooks, a large storage cupbaord and a full length mirror.

Beautiful accommodation in an amazing location with the bonus of an allocated parking space. This is by far the best place well equipped apartment we have stayed in on Airbnb. We will hopefully be back again soon :-)”

The apartment was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better, beng in a nice quiet spot away from the traffic but within a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pubs of central Keswick and right by the big Booths supermarket. It was very clean, had great amenities and felt lovely and homely. If anything, the photos didn’t really do the place justice as it was much bigger than expected. The host, Sue, was very friendly.
